Marloes Coenen
Marloes Coenen (born March 31, 1981 in Olst, Netherlands) is a Dutch mixed martial artist. Her brothers and grandfather were both into martial arts, the latter having taken jujitsu twenty years earlier, which aided her own transition into the sport. She started training with Martijn de Jong at Shooto Holland while only 14, who recalls "I really had respect for that, because it didn't matter if it rained or snowed. She still kept on coming." She has said in an interview with Martial Arts News Magazine that she is keen to fight Erin Toughill, whom she calls the "personification of arrogance." Along with her competitive career, she is planning to study communications sciences in Amsterdam with a view to employment in that sector.

Blackman made her television acting debut as a guest performer in a 1957 series, Hawkeye and the Last of the Mohicans, and then appeared in her first motion picture, Good Day for a Hanging, in 1959. She had a significant role in two Elvis Presley films. She played Maile Duval in the 1961 film Blue Hawaii and the following year played Rose Grogan in Kid Galahad. She also appeared with Dean Martin in Career (1959), and played Ellen Spelding vis-à-vis Kreton, the character of Jerry Lewis in 1960's Visit to a Small Planet. She later returned to motion pictures in Max Baer, Jr.'s Macon County Line (1974).
During the 1965-66 season, Blackman was part of the regular cast of the prime time television soap opera, Peyton Place. On that show, she played "Marion Fowler," the wife to the District Attorney.
She met her ex-husband, Joby Baker, while they were each filming an Elvis Presley movie.
Joan appeared once in each of the television series; Bonanza, Gunsmoke, Perry Mason and I Spy.

New York: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was detained and questioned for two hours at the Newark Airport near here on Saturday.
The 43-year-old actor was detained by immigration officials because his name was part of a common checklist prepared since the 9/11 attacks.
The officials wanted to know why Khan was visiting the U.S. and posed other such questions, after his name popped up on the computer screen at the counter.
He was let off at the intervention of Indian Consulate officials here.
“I was really hassled at the American airport because of my name being Khan... It was absolutely uncalled for... I felt angry and humiliated,” said Khan, who was heading to Chicago to take part in an Independence Day celebration.
“It is a Muslim name and I think the name is common on their checklist,” he said.
In New Delhi, the government took up the issue with the U.S. embassy which said it was ascertaining details about the incident.

It may not be a surprise that the Burge sisters, Heather and Heidi, play basketball. After all, they formerly held the Guinness World Record for tallest twins in the world (at 6 foot 5). The story of Heather and Heidi Burge and their development into talented youth basketball players during the '7 s and '80s is told in the Disney original movie "Double Teamed", which was released in 2002.
As the movie shows, Heather and Heidi Burge, who were born in 1971, became well known playing for their high school basketball team in Palos Verde, California. "Double Teamed' focuses on their high school years and the rivalry between the sisters, who later played college basketball at the University of Virginia, making it to the NCAA Final Four several times.
After college Heather and Heidi Burge went on to play professional basketball in Europe, which was the only option for female basketball players at the time, but when the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) started play in 1997, the sisters hoped to one day play professionally in the U.S.
The dream came true, although briefly, when both Heather and Heidi made WNBA teams. Heather played for Sacramento Monarchs, while Heidi played for the Los Angeles Sparks and the Washington Mystics. Both sisters played two seasons in the WNBA (1997 and 1998) before retiring from professional basketball due to injuries.
Both sisters are still involved with basketball through coaching. Heidi Burge Horton coaches at a basketball school for all ages in the Houston area. Heather (Burge) Quella coaches at a youth basketball clinic in Southern California.
In "Double Teamed," Poppi Monroe plays Heather Burge and Annie McElwain plays Heidi. It doesn't seem like either actress has a long acting resume, but ironically both of them have been in at least one episode of "CSI:Miami."
